While we take precautions to protect your data, MTECH WORKS is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during repairs or service. Customers are solely responsible for backing up all important data prior to service.
MTECH WORKS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of business, or device damage unrelated to the service provided.
Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after service completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled, sold, or disposed of at our discretion.
Repairs are covered by a [30/60/90]-day limited warranty (depending on service type) covering parts replaced and labor performed. This does not cover misuse, physical damage, software issues, or unrelated failures.
In some cases, we may use compatible third-party parts when OEM (original equipment manufacturer) components are not available or cost-prohibitive. Customers will be informed prior to installation.
You authorize MTECH WORKS to perform diagnostics, repairs, and necessary procedures, including the installation of software or hardware components as discussed. Any changes or upgrades will be confirmed with the customer before proceeding.
We respect your privacy. Your device and its contents will not be accessed, copied, or shared beyond what is necessary to complete the service requested.
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. A deposit may be required for special-order parts or extensive diagnostics.
